In reply to holmpage. There was! It said on the outside there's "dozens more designs inside" but it doesn't explicitly say if it includes a book. And none of the few listing for it show the contents.

Does anyone happen to know if the refill kit book for the Super Sprigraph is the same as the regular one? I would assume it isn’t with the new gears and tracks, but I can’t find any pictures online of it anywhere.

Thanks for mentioning refill kits! There were two for the vintage Spirograph, one for Super Spirograph, a later one for those with the swing marker, and a smaller square refill kit for Spirotot. I saw them at eBay and Etsy in case anyone is interested.
