So I was sure there’d be a used stamp market. So I just did a search for “buy used stamps” and found this site. Did a search for “spirograph” in the Great Britain session and found this page: https://www.hipstamp.com/search?keywords=spirograph&parent_id=8

Right now there are 3 copies of the spirograph stamp for sale at less than 1 GBP. That works if you just want to collect it. You can’t send mail with a used stamp.

The stamps were issued back in 2017, and today it is 2021. I wish I would have known about them back when they first came out. But I will continue to search.
